Domestic Orders

Free shipping on all orders over $30 on website and subscribe and save orders within the continental US. $150 free Priority shipping for all distributor orders. All web and subscription orders ship with USPS ground. Distributor orders ship with USPS Priority.

Please note – for any expedited orders placed over the weekend, they will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day over holidays.

All orders are shipped within 3 full days of order placement and payment.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope this changes soon so please check back from time to time!

Return Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.

If we shipped you the wrong product, please take a photograph of the item you received mistakenly and email it to us within 14 days of receiving your order at Please include your full name and order number. We will ship you the correct product after verifying that the wrong product was sent.

If you receive an order with breakage, please take a photograph of the exterior of the box and a photograph of the contents in case we need to make a claim with the carrier. Then contact us by email at as soon as possible but no longer than 14 days after receiving your order, with your full name and order number, what items were broken, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement for those items. We will let you know if further information is needed.


No refunds or replacements can be given if you do not contact us and notify us of an issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale Items

Any refund amounts will be for the amount paid for the item/s at the time of purchase.


If the item was a gift to you and shipped directly to you, any refund amount will be provided as an emailed gift card.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send any refund amount to the gift giver on their original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
