Community seems about as important to grow as food and medicine these days.

It’s in community that we do the work to create a better future for all.  It’s in community that we often times find the help and joy we need to get through challenging times and the support to take on big endeavors. It’s been a part of our vision from the beginning to create a space where people that are doing the hard work of creating a better future can come to rest, heal and grow.

So, in addition to fostering community on the property through projects like summer farm camps for children and hosting gatherings for groups and organizations we are also working to create a retreat space for frontline social and environmental activists, first responders, teachers, nurses, and more to come rejuvenate, dig deep, plan, and find what they need to keep doing the hard work they do.
